Was involved in planning and implementation of Disaster Management Plans for Maha KUMBH (Haridwar) and Maha Kumbh (Allahabad). Formulated/planned/reviewed DM plans of Union Ministries/Deptt.(11), State Govt. (21), Distt. (79), Hospitals (31), Schools/Colleges/ Universities (548), Industrial Units (297), National and International supporting events (7) & religious places (11). On panel of CBSE as Expert on judging Regional and National level innovative exhibitions. Expert in Crowd Management & conducting audits on DM, Fire Safety & Security . Pioneer in conducting Mock Exercises on all types of Natural & manmade disasters. Conducted over 1010 National/State/Distt. level Simulation Exercises in 36 Indian States/UT’s in 347 Districts, 38 hospitals, 235 most Accident hazard industries, 5 major religious places and 540 private and govt educational institutions. Also conducted simulation exercise at International level on behalf of UN in 2011 in which 17 countries & 21 Indian states took part. Author of 230 articles on DM, Climate Change and Security Subjects. Also has written two books on DM which are prescribed as text books for MBA students. Visiting Faculty to 37 Universities and Professional Institutions like Lal Bahudar Shastri Academy of Administration, SVP National Police Academy, War College, Defence Services Staff College, Disaster Management Institute Bhopal, BSF Academy, CRPF Academy, NIDM, State ATIs, Delhi, Indraprastha GGS, Gorakhpur, CCS, Meerut Universities, etc.
